Резюме на английски език:

The author proposes a new way of interpreting the studies in law in Europe that must set out, in his opinion, from its juridical experience along the history. The author refers to some historical examples of Germany and Spain based on Roman Law and its Reception in Europe, that aim at an equilibrated model of education, valid for the future, and warns about the risks of a superficial version of the Bologna process in Europe that could put in jeopardy the fulfilment of the objective of the Treaty of Lisbon to turn Europe into a relevant actor in the global environment.
